This is a Champion I’d suggest for LoL. Inspired by Clockwork (DotA) and/or Pharaoh (HoN), mostly Pharaoh cause Clockwork its hideous.
Murk, the Clay Statue (Melee, Fighter, Jungler)

Sticky (Passive) - Enemy units hit by Murk’s attacks or abilities receive a charge of Sticky. Each charge reduces damage done and increases damage received by the target by 2% for 2 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times.
Mud Bolt (Q) - Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 / Cooldown: 4
Sends a bolt of mud to your target. Immobilizing it for 1 second. Deals 20/60/100/140/180 (+0.4 AP) magic damage. Mud Bolt has a short range and cooldown.
Note: The range of this would be around 250. Twice of Singed’s Fling, less than flash. Making Murk extremely deadly if he reaches you, but making him have a hard time doing so unless he has his ultimate.
Clay Pit (W) - Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 / Cooldown: 12
Murk creates a circle of fresh clay around himself. Enemy units stepping on it are slowed by 30% and are dealt 25/30/35/40/45 (+0.25 AP) magic damage every 0.5 seconds. The pit lasts for 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5 seconds having a radious of 400 units.
Explosive Ball (E) - Mana Cost: 50 / Cooldown: 17/15/13/11/9
Murk throws a ball of Clay that explodes at the desired location, damaging and revealing all units hit for 3 seconds. The Explosive Ball has a cast range of 3000/3250/3500/3750/4000 and travels at 900 speed. Deals 60/75/90/105/120(+0.5 AP) magic damage. Explosive Ball has its Cooldown halved when it doesn’t hit any champions. The area of effect its noticeable by enemy units while the missile its closer than 900 units.
Underground Assault (R) - Mana Cost: 100/120/140 / Cooldown: 80/70/60
Murk targets the ground and travels to target location, dealing 200/300/400 (+0.8 AP) magic damage to every unit in it’s area of effect. Underground Assault has 2500 units of range and travels at a 700 speed, marking the targeted area for a second before arriving. When using Underground Assault on any unit revealed by Explosive Ball, it travels at 1400 speed instead and follows its target despite his or her changing location, silencing it for 1.5 seconds upon arrival. Activating again during travel cancels the effect and reduces cooldown to half.
